You get what you pay for. For $450 mo, you get a very small 1 bed room apartment with very worn kitchen cabinets, and kitchen has no a dishwasher, garbage disposal, or normal size stove. The dining area is very small and is in the living room, and storage is almost none existent. They are also rasing the prise of rent $10 every year, for what, I do not know. But It is not worth it, spend the extra $200 a month and get your self a nice place.
