Part 1) Everywhere you turn today there are dozens of articles about using coupons. Showing us how to spend less when we shop. Using coupons at the Hauppauge, NY Shoprite is like having your teeth pulled. Today I was using just 2 Internet Manufacturers coupons. It was like I had the plague. I spent 15 minutes extra at the cash register just to use these two coupons. First the cashier tells me, I can't accept these coupons without the manager checking them out first. After 5 minutes the manager shows up and looks them over and over like I had a counterfeit $100.00 bill. He then tells the cashier, "these look fine to me" and walks away.
