Forget this company, if you need SS disability assistance. They are a joke. You do all the leg work. They send back paperwork they should have kept. Our son contracted with them in 12/11, he finally has a hearing this March. He has had 5 representatives since then. They have lost important papers, thankfully we had made copies for our records. Just recently they contacted SS to get a CD from them of what information they had. Our son called for his representative this past Monday, and was told that he had a new represtative. Left a message for her to call - today is Thursday - no call yet. He called for her again on Tuesday, and he found out the represtative was in Chicago. Left a message, for the past 4 days, no return call, all you get is a secretary that says she is on the phone, she will call back. Needless to say this is very concerning, thinking they will be fired and get someone that is responsible. Would I recommend - HELL NO!
I have had EXCELLENT service and results with this Law Firm. Thanks to Ms. Colleen Sullivan and colleagues, I received timely call backs, fast service and helpful guidance and help with my Physicians information. A firm that advertises nation-wide, but treats every client with respect and concern. Thank you so very much. I didn't mind the little bit of leg work I had to do. But, I expected that I would have to help myself in order for Binder & Binder to be able to HELP ME! Thanks again!!!!!
Believe it or not. I won my case with Binder & Binder. However, you must have your doctors full support to provide a detailed medical narrative and not just a letter that says what you have and that you can't work. The SSA does not work under those pretenses. You need hard medical evidence and history to prove that you are truly disabled. It's not the attorney that can help you. It's your true medical history that will be examined. An attorney can help back you up based on your medical records. BTW, family members are supposed to help you do your daily things and paperwork if you are truly disabled. If the ALJ thinks you do anything yourself, even just a little. You have just lost your case. No attorney can help you this this scenario.I hope this helps you.

Good luck to anyone who hires Binder and Binder. I have been a client for 2 years, nothing, no court date. I really regret going with Binder and Binder. I am so tired of waiting, I just want to get this over with.

WTH? I have been with them for two years. I am doing all the work and talking to nobody when I call. I finally got A case worker and told her that I was firing them, and boy did I get service after that. ( For about a week) What a joke this place is...What does the commercial say, let us do the work for you, you have a enough to worry about. YEAH RIGHT. I worry i will never get my money...........
I have been dealing with this company for over 2 months. They do not help you. They make you do ALL OF THE LEG WORK! I am now sick of waiting for them to help me!I started looking yesterday for another attorney to help me get my social security benefits and already have 2 firms fighting over me to take my case, and I have 1 contract to sign for one of them already. There called the disability group and I am very happy that they take my disabitity serious. Binder and Binder has had over 2 months to help me. I think there is really no attorney with this company. It sounds like a calling center when you do call. After 2 months, no contract signed with this company and I am permanently disabled, broken back, broken ribs on all left side, broken shoulder, head trauma, fibromyalgia, depression etc...Easy to help get me benefits. Well, its binders and binders lost! Which I am glad because I found someone that cares!

I have contacted this company and always get a receptionist. They said I qualified and I submitted my letters from my doctor, 3 of them. They told me it was not good enough. My doctor explained my injury's and said I can no longer work again and binder and binder still said that is not enough.I am going to look for someone else that can help me. This company is just an assembly line type company without a care.

Unable to contact attorneys directly-could only reach their clerks. After reviewing what was completed by them, I could have completed the information myself or contacted the local Social Security Office. I found out later that the best time to get a representative is at the hearing stage, when it is time to appear before the ALJ. They actually do very little for the fee they receive.

This is a production line operation. Hard to talk to attorneys. They don't seem to care.
The service is good at an affordable price. the service is quick. I will recommend Binder & Binder to others.
