I was extremely happy with this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and was very patient while I tried many different options before I made a decision. The wait for my exam was a little long, but it was worth the wait. The young man who made my glasses knew a lot of the newest stuff on the market which I enjoy in my new glasses. The best part was their discounts, because I got a really well known designer frame at a price much lower than the store next to them. Overall, I was very satisfied!!!!!!

I did not like this company at all, my glasses were never ordered & my sons did not come in on time

some of the employees were not knowledgable of their job and immature with an attitude and unprofessional. when I finally was called to receive one of the pairs of glasses, the young thin black tech walked pass me and told one of the other employees to assist me because she did not want to. This is the same tech that on two previous occasions tried to bill me for something I should not have been billed for and also seemed to have an attitude because I questioned her techniques. She also touched my contacts without cleaning her hands nor had the proper items set out for me for my fitting and also gave me the wrong Rx to try for my fitting. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
