Was in such high hopes after my sleep study and looking forward to finally sleeping at night. But it has been 3 weeks since the study and Dura Care receiving my prescription and still no CPAP machine. Everyone I have spoken with received theirs within a few days. So I still am waiting and NOT sleeping. I am really disappointed Did I make the right decision in using your company????? Hope who ever reads this will have better service than I have. Rated it one star, because it wouldn't let me continue without choosing at least one. My intentions was not to choose any..
