This facility was unable to provide adequate security for me as a visitor. On December 19, 2014 at approximately 1030 hrs., I was approached by a stranger in an automobile on this property at the entrance way of 3485 Davisville Road Operations LLC., while visiting a patient there. When I requested that the stranger who was asking directions leave he would not. I was harassed by this person and then was assaulted as well, and then the staff treated me as if this was my fault. There are no video cameras at the entrance way to provide the security necessary for the safety of visitors. I asked the staff for a video of the incident. They did not allow me to have it if they do have it. When the authorities were spoken to no charges were filed. I would not recommend this facility to anyone in this community.
