No stars. DO NOT move into this association. This was the worst mistake of my life. The staff relays personal tenant information to neighbors with complete disregard to personal privacy. I ended up with horrible neighbors but that I suppose is a hit or miss. I was promised things (work done to the porch and fence) that were make or break factors in this move and only once I paid the 3k to get in and received the key was I told they decided to not do what they told me, and that was that. There was a missing link in the fence due to a car hitting it before I moved in. I had a dog. They wanted to make me pay for the fence (one of the things that was promised to be fixed before I moved) until they found a scrap piece and used that. Workers leave cigarette butts and nails all over your lawn with zero regard to injury on you or your animals or kids. Anything that breaks, they charge an arm and a leg to say the VERY LEAST. Ridiculous made up prices by a crippling association. I will fight to the end of my days to ensure no one makes the same mistake I did by moving to fulmor Heights. STAY AWAY.

NO stars is more like it. Live here if you want to be a victim of selective enforcement of rules, and to have the 'management' come into your house to "inspect' it while you're not home. Then they will leave a list of things they don't like. Then when you improve them, they will still say they aren't fixed. And... there are NO minorities living here. I can't believe none have applied. This place's management needs to be seriously investigated. Stay away if you have any sense and value your privacy.
