Founded in 2003, Mosaic is a faith-based organization that serves people with developmental disabilities. It manages a staff of more than 5,000 employees. The agency serves over 250 communities in nearly 10 U.S. states. It is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, The Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod, Lutheran Services in America, and American Network of Community Options and Resources. Mosaic serves approximately 3,000 individuals. The agency offers case management and housing services. It offers early intervention solutions, as well as special education programs for individuals up to the age of 21. The agency also provides vocational, supported employment and habilitation training services. It maintains independent living facilities.
