Me and my children have been patients to Dr D for over 12 years . Have paid our bills on time and faithfully . We have had cleaning twice a year and various other procedures done. I went in for a sore tooth , said i needed a cap . So made my appointment went in and they ground my tooth down , made the impressions and told me to come back in two weeks . So made my appointment and in two weeks went back . When i went back in two weeks upon checking in i was told that i would need to pay $450 dollars before i could get the cap . I told them i was never told this and if i had i would have waited. She said i was told by the regular front desk personnel i told her i hadn't been. Long story short i had to run and get money out of my safe to get the procedure done. They said they had a bunch of people come in and get caps and not pay. I guess 12 years of dedicated patronage and paying bills on time don't play into the FAMILY part of their company name.
