Jerome Perra, M.D., is an orthopedic surgeon at Summit Orthopedics specializing in sports medicine, arthritis care, and joint replacements of knees, hips, and shoulders. He serves Minneapolis/St. Paul patients. He is very involved in volunteering his surgical skills to underserved communities through One World Surgery. He also had 10 years of service in the Army and is a member of the Society of Military Orthopedic Surgeons. “I care about the people in my community,” he says. “I’m held to a little higher standard because I’m going to see a lot of these people in the grocery store, at the movie theater. And if they’re not happy, they’ll let me know. So I’ve got every incentive to have all the good outcomes that I can with my neighbors.”
