ZERO stars. Absolute worst experience. Went in to pick up a package, which they were supposed to deliver the day before. I could not even get a word out to explain why I was there and what I needed. The attendant interrupted me multiple times when I was trying to explain my situation. I was attempting to explain that my package, which was over the deadline I paid for, had not came when promised it would be delivered by. My tracking status told me I had to go into the store to pick it up, so I did. But I got attacked by the elderly lady working the counter because she refused that the tracking status told me it was at the store. I tried showing her the message directly from USPS telling me the facts, but should would not even let me explain. When she finally realized that THEY had made the mistake and not delivered my package in the aloted time provided by the shipping class I purchased, not even an apology was given for her behavior, the overdue delivery, and my unnecessary trip to their store. Never again will I ship through USPS, terrible custome service, and they cannot even provide the service I paid for.
