Lake Lansing Park North is a natural recreation area maintained by the Ingham County Parks Department. The park, formerly known as Pine Lake, served as hunting and fishing ground for Indian tribes for centuries. The park covers a 400-acre area and its ecosystem harbors a variety of marshlands, pine plantations, transitional field areas, and mature oak and maple woodlands. It features shelters, horseshoe pits, and picnic and playgrounds, as well as sand volleyball and basketball courts. The park provides hiking trails and cross country skiing facilities and equipment, as well as a winter lodge. Lake Lansing Park North is located in Haslett, Mich.
