Worst service and cheeseburger, had no cheese and was not warm but cold like it came out of a refrigerator!

We would give it zero stars if we could. My husband got overcharged, then the girl tried to tell him the charge didn't go through. She tried to swipe the card but it wouldn't work. Then she went to a different drive-in panel to try to swipe the card there, but that didn't work either. Then she started to take off and my husband told her do NOT take that card inside! The manager, who was outside interviewing someone, came over and asked what the problem was, only to find not only did the card indeed get charged, it got OVERcharged. She refunded the difference. My husband got our food and brought it home. I had the classic crispy chicken sandwich, only I don't see how it could even be called "chicken." The only thing edible on it was the bun, lettuce and tomato. The "chicken" did look like chicken, but it was like a hard piece of rubber and completely inedible. You couldn't get a knife through it let alone teeth. Never again, Sonic.
