I am a reasonable man,-and I understand marking up the cost of a part 100% to make money,-the bottom line is the bottom line. BUT,-when a mechanic does something you expressly told him not to do,-their "fix" doesn't work,-they promise to "roll" the labor cost into whatever the real problem is,-(after he took your money),-then charge you more than all labor, parts, and "shop costs" combined,.....and then tell you that he is cutting you a deal and doing you a "favor"...I get a little peeved. My daughters car,-who just wanted a STATE inspection,---is out $330 for an EGR valve, ($42 at AutoZone),--I am a Machinist's Mate in the Navy,---just away from home right now,-so I can't change it myself. Figures,-I am away from my family,-so I can support them,--and get ripped off by a shady, backwards, lying, deceitful,American piece of crap mechanic....is really disheartening...this devastates my daughter,-and puts my family at home in a very tight spot. DON'T GO HERE...they seem nice,---but are the usual mechanic rip-offs.....is there anyone honest out there....Had the nerve to tell me he as doing me a favor....
