I came to this particular vendor listed on Va list given by agency.i set up an appointment on the 13th of June, went through the usual procedure, picked out the frames from the selection provided was told that it would take two weeks, that's fourteen days for them to come in, contacted them on the 27th, glasses were not in. went into the office the following week to see if they had come in yet, they still had not come in after searching for them in a box with other veterans eye glasses, they then contacted the VA who proceeded to tell them that the glasses had been prepared and shipped out on the eighteenth of June. The only consolation they could give me was we will continue to look for them and in the meantime we'll make you a pair until they are found, they made me a pair that i can only use for distance and not for reading. i for one am not impressed with the service and lack of professionalism that this company provides for anyone veteran's included.
