RUDE!!!!! Trying to call and order breakfast for take out they don't answer the phone. If they do decide to answer they put you on hold and don't come back to the phone. RUDE!!!!!! I LOVE IHOP, but their phone services need serious help. I also had the same problem with the Gretna location they finally answered after the 10th call. like I said I LOVE IHOP.

I saw numerous commercials talking about the "IHOP n GO" just call your order in ahead of time and simply come in and pick it up, but I called one night to order some food and the lady that answered was rather rude and said that I had to come in and order and that they don't take orders over the phone. that made no sense, b/c it kind of defeats the purpose of ordering "To-Go" if you have to come to the location and come inside just to make a to-go order.

IHOP is my favorite local restaurnat that I try to visit several times per week. The customer service is exceptional since the waiters and waiteresses try to accomodate you in every way possible whether it involves allowing you to select an item different from that listed, changing a drink without charging you for it, or simply providing you with constant attention.The manager, Patrick, goes out of his way to ask if everything was to your liking and to adjust your menu or price charged accordingly. Also, the customers are friendly and you are allowed to choose a table or booth and area to be served no matter how croweded or what time of day, 24 hrs. daily. It goes without saying that the service and prices charged are the best in Jefferson parish as well as the quality of the food and the overall atmosphere. Helen Franklin hfranklin5@cox.net
