Founded in 2000, Family Christian Health Center is a provider of family health care services for the people who lack medical aid. Based in Harvey, Ill., the center is equipped with state-of-the-art electronic health record, 36 medical treatment rooms and 24 primary care facility. It caters to more than 24,000 residents of Chicago Southland community that results in around 85,000 patient visits on a yearly basis. It offers patient service that covers family care, behavioral health, dental, gynecology services and obstetrics. Additionally, the wellness center addresses to the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs of the people.
