Working in dme I never thought my own mother would get such bad service. They brought us a homefill with NO tanks to fill.( So my mom couldn't even get to her chemo appointments without using tanks from my own company). Never sent out a respiratory therapist, just dropped off a homefill. Homefill systems are used to fill portable tanks for someone who is dependent on oxygen. My mom had our equipment until the day she passed because they never brought us what we needed, even after calling and empty promises. Thank God we had a back up. The one tank they did bring us would last her 2 hours at most on 3 cont. Never again.
