I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Publix Bakery!!! We have been getting all of our birthday cakes there for the last couple of years and they are so friendly. July 2013 I went to pick up my daughter's Monster High cake and it was a Scooby Doo cake. The manager herself, dropped what she was doing to remake the cake and they even discounted it for my inconvenience. One year my daughter wanted a dinosaur cake and I called all around town trying to find one that would have the little figurines. I must have called the Publix Bakery 6 times in like 2 hours (not exaggerating) and she was VERY helpful giving me options, answering my questions and not once did she make me feel like I was inconveniencing her or interrupting her day. Their cakes are FANTASTIC, but their customer service is what makes them #1 in my book!!

I have been trading with public exclusively for many years. The food is fresh the people is nice but I made a mistake in my check book and had a return check.Publix told me we never every work with ( ANYONE) that has a return check, you will pay the fee.

If it was for Publix staying open during this disaster, I know things would have been much worse for me and my family. Your staff were friendly and supportive and you did the best you could to serve this community. I am so thankful that Publix came to Harvest, AL.
