This pharmacy is a nightmare to deal with. Over the last several months, I've had some minor changes to my prescription dosages (from 25mg to 50mg, from 3x/day to 2x/day, etc) and it seems like Publix has no way to deal with these changes in their system because my prescriptions are repeatedly filled incorrectly. I have spent hours trying to get these issues resolved and the pharmacy techs shrug it off like it's no big deal. The auto-sync system is also quite faulty and doesn't call you half the time to notify you when your prescriptions are ready. If I weren't fully aware of what my dosages should be, these errors could significantly impact my health. As someone who suffers from Crohn's disease and other health issues, it is imperative that my medications are taken as directed by my physician. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy - it's worth the 2 minute drive across the street to CVS instead.
