DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT GO HERE! i only give one star becausr i have to to review this.I will start with my experience from the begining. I decided to go here to get my roots done to match my medium blonde hair because she advertises 25 years experience and has her own shop. I thougt she would be good. When I arrived she tried to talm me into bleach blonde like her. She was persistant I said no. We got the boom out and I showed her...medium blonde. She said ok. She mixed it up came out with the color and rubbed..yes rubbed it all over my head and put me under heat, all the while reminding me it was Sumday and she doesnt usually work Sundays, but did for me. She cold have said no, that wouldve been fine. She was nice at first though. When i was under the heat I told her my scapl burnt. She kept me u der for another two minutes . "Washed " it out and it was platnum blonde. She was supposed to cut my hair as well and as I was explaining to her the color was not whqt i wanted she snipped away threw my knots what was supposed to be long layers. I told her I was very upset she did my hair the exact way i told her not to. Her reaponse? "Its beautiful, I do hair you do not know what is good for your hair. I do hair fifty years, you 26, this is good ." She was supposed to trim my long layers. She hacked alot of it off uneven. I told her i wanted my mo ey back she said no. Refused to give me a reciept telling me I was stupid for not liking it. Then I said ok fix it I dont care if its jet black I dont want platinum hair. She said ok but you sign waiver first because now your hair is damaged. I specifically asked her if my hakr was healthy enough, whjch i knew it was, before the coloring. She assured me it was and told me her "matrix" product wouldnt hurt it. Now she was telling me it was dead and for another fifty ontop of what i paid her and a waiver she would fix it. I was devasted and crying while she continued to insult my opinik calling me "stupid" . I went to amother salon where the told me to rush home and wash my hair...Patty left bleach in my hair to dry! She did what she wanted with my hair, acknowledging it herself , because her idea was better she thought. Now I have platinum hair, whats left of it anyways. Its falli g out in clumps. the back of my head looks shaved. Its falli g out everywhere. And to top it all off i have chemical hurms on my ears neck and scalp. Ive contacted the cosmotology board and they are investigating. This lady is rude crazy and has no idea what she is doing. Do not go there. I know this soundstk bad to be true but I promise every word of it is. She fried chopped and burnt my hair and head. there is nothing I can do about it. I had healthy hair before her and only wanted my roots done and got this. Stay away from there!
