Excellent,excellent,excellent!!! No need to say more!!!!!

I have received a lot of dental work over the past 25 years form many specialists and i will say that none can compare to the wonderful care I received at Dr. Smith's office. HeI truly cares about he well being of his patients and provides not only excellent care but is very caring. His staff are all so nice and friendly I felt as though I were at a spa. My only regret is that I did not find this excellent dental ofice sooner. Two thumbs up!!!!

I totally disagree with both of these comments written on same day and probably by the same person. I am confident 99.9% of Dr Smith's patients would also disagree. I am unsure why this individual would not go to their daugthers dentist in the first place unless as you guess he/she chose Dr. Smith due to his exceptional reputation. He is the most professinal, caring and compassionate dentist I have ever encountered. He goes above and beyond for his patients and has always had an excellent reputation throughout Northeast Ga and SC. I know of people that come from the Atlanta area due to the excellent care they receive. Perhaps this is just one very unhappy person that no one can please. I think anyone you ask would agree that when it comes to choosing a dentist the only chioce is Dr Smith. Do not let one nasty person keep you from choosing a excellent dentist.

I went to Dr. Smith for cosmetic dentistry. He seldom explained to me what he was going to do. As a result he prepped for full crowns on all my upper teeth when I had expected a combination of crowns and veneers. About 8 months after he completed the work, my new upper bridge fell out. The next day after he replaced it, the adjoining front crown fell out. He replaced it. Upset, I called my daughter, who is an experienced hygienist. She called Dr. Smith to ask questions and find out what was going on. Two days after he replaced the bridge it fell out again. I couldn't get it fixed that day and he was off the next day, Friday. My daughter took me to her office and put the bridge back in with a temp. bond to hold over the weekend. On Monday he expressed anger with my daughter's phone call, blamed the problem on the temp bond (!) and replaced my bridge with unnecessary roughness. He was defensive, unprofessional, and used rude language. I left his office in tears. Nana

This guy is a hack. He did a terrible job on porcelain bridges. He actually got red faced and cursed at and was rough with our grandmother while replacing a bridge that fell out for the second time! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! When I called him to discuss this he cursed at me and hung up. Any man that treats a grandmother like this is a coward.
