To put things kindly, Doctor Long's office and staff is so incompetent it makes no difference what kind of doctor he is -- you will get no help with chronic health concerns as they do not understand the concept of follow up appointments or understanding patient history, they will process things incorrectly through your insurance resulting in monumental bills for services that were less than satisfactory, they will not return your calls or speak to you if you go into the office, they will not give you your test results, but will absolutely bill you for the tests. As someone who has a myriad of health concerns and has seen many different doctors over the years, my experience with Doctor Long's office and staff has been the absolute worst. I never write reviews online, but I felt it necessary to comment on my experience with this office so perhaps others can avoid it at all costs.
