I applied for a loan at this business and was very disappointed in the way I was treated.Not because I didn't get the loan,but the way it was done.I applied for a loan on monday and was told that it would have to be reviewed by the supervisor who was not in the office at the time and I would get a call back later.So,Tue,Wed,Thur,Fri,no call back.I called again on Friday afternoon to check on my loan application and was asked to give them 30 minutes and I would get a call back.So Fri,Sat,Sun,Mon,Tue,Wed no call back.I called again on Wed, only to be told then "Oh"your loan was not approved.Granted,they have the right to say yes or no to anyone who applies for a loan for whatever reason they deem fit.But in my opinion,it could have been done with a little more tact and professionalism.
