Together they share the passion offitness, wellness, believing that a healthy lifestyle is truly attainable & maintainable with the right guidance.Marfred Suazo an athlete for the majority of his life, with an array of sports under his belt, including competing in and placing in theNational Physique Committee Mens Physique competitions, Marfred uses his experiences in coaching Basketball, Swimming, Martial Artsto enhance his Personal Training techniques, making him a very unique effective trainer whos able to truly understand the human body.Frances Frankie Caro having played sports & been relatively active her whole life, Frances fitness journey, common to many, began when an excessive increase in weight one year deterred her from her active lifestyle and compromised her physical safety in her law enforcement occupation. Determined to change her lifestyle for good, she became passionate about fitness, nutrition wellness; believing that everyone is entitled to living a long, happy, healthy life.After learning how to understand her body relative to nutrition fitness, she dropped nearly half her size all on her own. Having maintained keeping the weight off while continuing to reach her physical goal, she aspires to inspire others to do the same.
