General Info

I am located in Hartley, Iowa. I am from NW Iowa region originally and have lived in Southern Iowa to Arkansas. I’ve gained a lot of mentoring from several of my favorite mentors like Kerry Vincent, Ginger Soave, and Bo Hons of which I don’t do fondant cakes mainly for me it’s more expensive than the general public may understand. I also am a huge fan of Sharon Zambito and have ordered her tutorials, I’m not just an at home baker like your average bakery, I’m an on demand baker. What this means is when you call me for a specific baked item it’s baked in tuned to your needs. Every item I bake is made from scratch, no preservatives! I bake with my customers in mind making them my first priority! Staying true to my own craft and putting those who entrust me to bake them something special is just as important as breathing.
