Building built in 2006. It is a Condominium. There is little reserve money. Poorly managed by investors. Condo owners do not have access to month expense records. Investors are related by marriage and do not return phone calls from owners if they do not like the questions asked. There is no Condo Association. Meeting are not scheduled. They are held when investors feel like. Maintenance is done by relatives of investors. Bids are not asked for from cleaning places, contractors and other services. A few of the investors have charge of everything. Very poorly managed.
