This company was able to make matters right. Above all, they did not sell the parts for my bumper. I was able to get them after 6 months. Why they took so long to give it back? the truth is that i do not know the answer to that question. i suggest that they probably had too much junk stack on top of it. Would i go back? probably not with the car, but maybe taking the part off and giving them to fix would be a good idea. I am not going to lie , at first, they were a bit unprofessional, but overtime, they seem to come to their senses and realized that customer satisfaction is the best medicine. Furthermore, I got the bounce check money back and he even offered to pay my bank additional fees. Now, that is how you value a customer. MOST OF ALL, THEY WERE NEVER THE ARGUING TYPE. I just felt like they were trying to scrap my car. At this point, I have no intention of tarnishing the repetiton of this establishment. They kept their words and in return my property was given back to me.

beware!!!!

I had an incident where a tow company damaged my rear bumper and I went to this establishment to try fix it. I got an reasonable estimate and they concluded that the only option was to buy a new bumper. The manager told me to leave a deposit and I did. Two weeks after I still had not received my car and I was getting worried so I kept calling. The manager told me that my e39 M5 conversion bumper was very difficult to find and he was having problems. At this point, I told him that if it was wise for me to pick up my car and he insisted that I would do so. moreover, I was taken aback by deplorable condition of my once sparkling clean bmw. Th car was as dusty as an clandestine building. Also, I was shocked and surprised to see that my e39 m5 conversion bumper was removed, even though they had nothing put back on it. Then, I began to put the pieces together in my head and suddenly realized that my parking distance controls, bumper mouldings, and reinforcement bar were stripped off from my vehicle. I was trying to remain calm but the anger inside me kept on boiling up and my cup of endurance was overflowing. I could not believe my eyes although I had told them previously that my parking distance controls were in perfect shape and I needed them. I did not think in my wildest dreams that these persons were crooks. however, I eventually learned that the true culprit was the manager of the establishment because he kept on saying not to pay any attention to the "real owner" the older guy because he was running the show. In addition, this was the most embarrassing moment of my life because I was driving out of their with a bumperless 540i M packaged. Also, when I asked for a refund the manager remained calm and wrote me a check. Guess what? The check bounced and I have a copy to prove it! I also gave him one. The manager was only interesting I scrapping my car because after he took off my rear end bumper the guy actually ask me if I was interesting in selling my front end bumper. Remember this is suppose to be collision repair shop. Is not this ironic? I called the police and I am still planning on taking legal action but I want them to feel like they got away. I am still going to DMV with the copy of bounce check even though he eventually gave me my refund another period of time. After all of that, the manager says when I find an E39 M5 bumper they would do for $500.(prep, sand). Oh; is not this sweet of them after he had stolen so much I am suppose to feel like I am getting a deal. Stay away if you know what is good for you!
