- Workers CompensationFrom 1986 until commencing his full time position, Attorney Quinn served as Co-counsel to the Connecticut State Senate Democratic Caucus, and was a member of the Connecticut Law Revision Commission through 1994. In 1999, he was appointed to the State Marshal Commission by the Honorable Kevin B. Sullivan, President Pro Tempore of the State Senate. He served as a hearing officer at the commission until 2011. He was appointed to the Judicial Selection Commission in February of 2011 and completed his term in April of 2014. He worked to provide legal services to indigent and disadvantaged citizens through his efforts with the former Pro Bono Referral Project, as a member of the Hartford County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Panel, and as a Juvenile Court Panel Attorney. Attorney Quinn tried several civil cases in Superior Court to verdict before juries or the Court, argued cases before the Appellate Court, completed over thirty formal hearings before the Workers' Compensation Commission, and argued several appeals before the Compensation Review Board.

He intends to focus his practice in representing buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential real estate transactions. He lives in West Hartford with his wife and their two young children and is a coach in the youth sports program in his hometown of West Hartford.
