This historic brick facade building stands in front of Hartford's premiere alternative art gallery and movie theater known as Real Art Ways. Affordable rental loft spaces are available. Rental studios offer open floor plans, high ceilings and extra large windows, ideal for artists as well as professional businesses who enjoy a unique working environment. The owner Al Pedemonti of New England Management, a property management company, has his office in the building as well as a full-time staff of maintenence personal.
