Noise levels are unacceptable. Walls between apartments are less than tissue paper thin; the overall construction was extremely low-budget and shoddy. The drafts are bone-chilling in the winter. Located in a wind tunnel, storm door has blown off the hinges 3 times. The average winter electric bill is close to $250.00 per month for a 1 bed, 650 sq. ft. apartment. There is a rodent issue. Management gives free mouse traps, but residents are told to take care of the problem on their own. With the insect problem this place has, they need to be exterminating more than twice per year; they need to every 2 weeks, at the very least.
Maintenance is virtually non-existent, so either repair it yourself or wait weeks for someone to come. Maintenance requests are mostly ignored. Kitchen appliances are extremely out-dated.
The present office person is not appropriate for this type of setting. Office personnel seem to change every 6 months.
The grounds look nice, but an extremely deceiving representation of the overall picture. The only reason the grounds are kept well-maintained is because it is on the same campus as a condominium complex.
