I want you to know how terrific my experience was last weekend when I purchased a chain saw. Lisa, Steve and Mark made the experience memorable. I came in with a model in mind and they got me a different model, but basically the same; same size and all the important features. It was on sale. I got an extended warrantee for simply purchasing the 2 cycle oil 6 pack. They took care of all the warrantee registration. I didn't have to do a thing. I received instructions on the use of the saw and some most valuable pointers from Mark. I have a profound hatred of small internal combustion engines. They never seem to want to work when I need them. But after Mark's instructions and wisdom, I think my problems with them may have come to an end. The entire experience was a good one. I'll be back for all my hardware needs.
