I have dealt with many banks, and Woodforest ranks as one of the best. My reasons are as follows: 1) Customer Service. I am always greeted with a smile and every transaction has been handled promptly and professionally. They have made an effort to know me by name and face. 2) Hours. Woodforest's extended hours and days of operation allow me to focus on my business during business hours and bank in the off ours which is a huge convenience for me. 3) Services. Most banks have a 2:00 cutoff for deposits. Their extra hours have helped me numerous times as some days I need to run transactions a little close. Also, the daily email notification showing balance, transactions pending and transactions cleared allow me to keep a close eye on the funds in that account. Without hesitation, I would recommend Woodforest to anyone in need of a good bank.
