The Street Division is a part of the Public Works Department, which is governed by the City of Harrisonburg in Virginia. The division offers asphalt patching, street sweeping and leaf collection services. It also provides snow and ice removal solutions for various emergency facilities such as, hospitals, rescue squads, fire departments and schools. The Street Division offers repair and maintenance solutions for sidewalks, storm drainage systems, and traffic lights and signs. The division provides pothole repair programs for the public roadways and parking lots. In addition, it offers brush cutting and litter removing services. The Street Division provides evaluation solutions for curbs and gutters annually.
