We believe that better care begins at home and we are committed to being your resource for at home health care. We offer a broad range of in-home services which can be provided under Medicare, commercial insurance or private pay. Our free and in-home assessment for private duty will allow us to customize your service and care plan accurately. We are Medicare certified and jointly owned by Bridgewater Retirement Community, Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community & Sunnyside Retirement Community. First Choice Home Health Care provides a diverse variety of services including skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social work and home health aides.
