Provided by YP.com2 day turn around! Friendly service, informative! Turns out the problem was a recalled Logic Board! So, brand new logic board: $0. Can't beat that.

I have worked for this company and can tell you exactly how they treat your computers there. They have dogs and the black lab that is there very often leaves a layer of fur all over the floor and no one cares to sweep it up! How can you trust a company to work on your $$$$ computer when it's not a clean environment? They don't respect their customers nor their employees and after the owner passed away they have no control over anything. If you complain enough they will refund everything to you so you don't sue but will do it with a nasty attitude! They have yet to learn the definition of customer service and respect. They will try to tell you that they working hard on your computer but only an employee will know what actually goes on there. They slack off and waste time and when they realize that they're running out of turnaround time they do a sloppy job with the repairs. The turnaround time is often a week to two weeks which is ridiculous because they have three technitians at all times and someways have more then that and there's never been more then 20 computers here at one time, which should only be about three days turnaround time. Due to the sloppy job they do on their repairs, often times the computers are back the next week with the same issue and they'll say things like oh, something else is now causing that to happen when in fact they never fixed your actual issue. They are not interested in their jobs and do a lousy job keeping their customers happy.

I had my laptop's logic board replaced here and they were fast and it cost me nothing, since it was on recall by apple. Beats driving to the mac store in Richmond.
Customer Service is a bust, hours of business are terrible, employees are apathetic and devoid of sales skills. I had money to spend for three separate instances, but the experiences left me with a full wallet and empty hands.Do your self a favor and take your money elsewhere!
