From the first phone call to when the tech left, it was a wonderful experience. My air conditioner failed last night and when I called them, at first, they didn't have an opening until Weds. I called around to other companies who were either booked up and/or didn't want to touch my unit because it was installed by someone else. This is a good company. The work they did was not rocket science but they did the entire job well from start to finish (ie. scheduled my appt., showed up as scheduled, knew what they were doing, cleaned up after themselves and called to make sure I was satisfied). I'm glad I found Blue Mountain and I will use them again.

Excellent Service Never again do I have to wonder who to call about Plumbing, Heating, or AC problems. Blue Mountain will definitely be the one. They are professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They made sure to arrange a time that was convenient for me so that I did not have to wait all day wondering when they would be there. The Technician understood the problem, how to fix it and even took the time to explain it to me. He also gave me some prevention tips to help me avoid problems in the future. Service and Knowledge are both alive and well at Blue Mountain! I dread trying to find quality service-oriented businesses because I've had less-that-desirable service outcomes. Fixing a problem via the quickest and easiest way (for the technician) is NOT my goal as a homeowner. Fixing a problem with quality work IS my goal. I am THRILLED to have found Blue Mountain! I requested service on-line, received follow-up information in a timely manner, and was never anything but amazed with each interaction.
