      Dr. Atwell is the most expensive chiropractor I've seen ($50 or more for a very small adjustment) and spends all of 2-3 minutes with you during your appointment. Nice guy, but you can find much better chiropractors in the area for a whole lot less money and who will actually spend time with you.
