Laurel- Owner and avid dog lover is one of a kind. I have been doing business with her for over 15 years now. She has trained all my dogs-- mostly rescues and many with issues. She has taken care al my children's pets as well-- another 1/2 dozen. She loves and cares for them. She is also the groomer-- I wouldn't go anywhere else. My dogs actually like going there---- and they are picky. Love this place.

I needed a place to take my dog overnight while I stayed at Massanutten. The closest animal clinic was full and I could not reach a receptionist at the one recommended. I looked up All-Phase K-9 and did not read too many great reviews, but I figured I'd try it since it was just one night. The receptionist was very polite. They had availability and hours to drop off and pick up were great! When I took my lab in, he seemed very comfortable to be in the technician's care. They were very professional and friendly. When I came to pick up my boy the next day, they brought him out and told me a quick summary of his stay. I will definitely bring him back to this kennel! Also, the overnight rate is fantastic compared to other kennels I have taken him to. All in all, I am very pleased and would recommend this kennel to anyone searching around this area.

Love this place!!! My husband and I live in Washington DC but are from the Harrisonburg area. We get our shih-tzu PhilBob groomed everytime we come home which is usually between 4-8 weeks. We had been going to Petco but everytime we took him it took 5-7 hours to get him done and they didnt do him very well......last time we were home we decided to take him somewhere else and we were so glad we decided on All Phase K-9. PhilBob was done in less then 45 minutes and he looked great. We will definatly be going back the next time we are home.
