  When a Raccoon's chosen to inhabit your home, it's imperative to take immediate action! Remember, you don't just have Raccoons. You have everything they bring with them, and everything they leave behind: disease, parasites, feces, urine and much more. Raccoons are known carriers of rabies, upper respiratory disease and mange. They are also hosts to fleas, ticks, mites and lice. Raccoons are also the primary host of the Roundworm parasite, which is left behind in their feces and can be deadly.
• Flies
  When an animal dies inside your home, it naturally begins to decompose, and the stench that follows is often unbearable. Without locating the source and removing it, the smell can take several weeks before it even starts to dissipate. The dead animal is also a breeding ground for bacteria, mold, hundreds of flies and thousands of maggots. To put it plainly, you wont be able to wait this one out!
• Mites
  Many species of birds carry pathogens in their dropping that can cause serious diseases, such as, histoplasmisis, cryptococcosis, and even avian flew. They also carry mites and parasites that can migrate throughout your home's duct work.
