I am only doing this review since Anna left, I had to try a different staff. I was late to my appt. but that doesn't mean a bad job should be done. I went there on 2/18 to get a mani & pedi with Jen and she did not do a good job. She was rushing. She cut one of my nails on my left toe too short. She made my finger bleed and when I mentioned it to her she didn't seem to care. I will not use her again. Maybe that day wasn't her good day.

Did gel nails,3 days later nails split down to the meat on side 2 and 3 nails at a time. Very painful. Called to complain. Apology not sincere. Saw receptionist handing out flyers, I told her"never Again" she claimed I never been to her salon. I reply "I have bank statements" she seamed shocked. As a diabetic and consumer I question how sanitary are they? I suggest anyone thats been to this salon to get testing for hepatitis. Cause if they can't do a simple thing like file nails correctly and try to cover up there mistakes, what else are they covering up?

Very clean place and they provide excellent service. Great price too!

they just want your money just like Zizzi their other nail salon, they have no customer service, the girls are always giving you attitude and they just want you in and out as quickly as possible. Make sure not to schedule an appt on the weekends or 2 hours before they close because they will do you your nails horrible i speak from expreience
