These people really care! They saved my life! I was so full of infection I was about to die and I could feel it!! They was really gentle and gave me a reason to smile!! My teeth are so pretty I can't explain how I feel!! Thank you so much!! I'm not sick anymore and I can smile with confidence!! ♥
What ever you DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!. It may be cheaper but you wont have a better smile. Horrible service, I paid cash for 4 crowns + extra stuff.. wasn't happy with two out of the four, you could see the edge of metal along the gum line....they said the gums should grow back around it...they didn't..they said it looked fine and you couldn't see it..but I have a wide grin and you absolutely see it when I smile...plus they get food stuck in them....I got a second opinion which said they wouldn't have done it that way and one in particular should be re done...went back with the info but they didn't care..it was the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist, and I have had a lot of dentistry done all over the world. Never have I had a problem before. I paid extra for my last crown to be seated at another dentist because of lies, missing charting, lost xrays and acting as if what I felt didnt matter. They should be ashamed of their loss of scruples.
I complained because their whitest denture material wasn't very white. They said it looked natural. I said Crest White Strips had changed the meaning of what 'natural' looked like. They refused to order whiter material even though I was willing to pay extra, wait longer, nope, they were committed to their idea of what natural looks like. Then they 'accidentally' left serrated edges inside the bottom plate. Sores in the mouth double the likelihood of a heart attack. Great not white teeth. But don't you dare complain! Not to them, I went back three times trying to get them to smooth out the serration. Funny thing, with their bright lights and magnifying lenses, they couldn't see it. But I got pictures of it with the macro setting on my camera. I filed a formal complaint with the Arkansas State Board of Dental Examiners about it and included pictures.
