They can never ever find the scripts that go to their 6 fax machines.
They do not have a list of protocols so at least you can figure or man-over the insurance protocols cause that is always the excuse.
They never call back when you leave a message.
They never have any information oh unless one of the many call center people are smart and courteous enough to put in detailed notes.
You can never ever talk to a manager cause I do not think they have any higher ups, Managers ha. If you need oxygen, find another place.
I told them if they did not take care of me and get what we needed from them (Started working on this Monday 12/16/19 Now Friday 12/20/19 On hold for 25 minutes. Still no answers on the equipment.
