Food was good, atmosphere was quaint. Had a paninni and some pastries. I had a Vanilla Chai Latte and my wife an iced Raspberry tea. There was the problem. For all this we paid almost $18. The latte was served to me in a broken styrofoam cup with a hole at the top under the lid opening, so when I took my first sip it spilled all down my clothing. My wife's iced tea was not iced tea, it was iced coffee. The young girls replaced both drinks for us - but then my wife's tea, which was brewed from loose leaf tea, had the tea leaves floating all in the cup and not in the bag they were in. Obviously they have a hole issue with their cups and bags. These were both blatent errors that seem to be able to have been avoided. The two barristas acted non-chalantly about our issues. In fact, they weren't going to replace my latte until I pointed out to them that 1/3 of it was on my shirt. This place seriously lacks in good service, especially for the price. I get better service and prices at Sheetz.

Unique atmosphere, great pastries, occassional music, & fantastic coffee.

Placed a holiday order for a gift basket with several flavorful coffee's. The promised date was several weeks later on 12/20/07. Went to pick up the order and was told that we didn't get to it and maybe we can try to fill it by this afternoon. Order cancelled - disappointed - clearly not the way to run a successful business.
