I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30 on a Tuesday, and I was not seen by the doctor until 3:45. No apology or acknowledgment. The doctor talked to me for 5 minutes and then left. It was an extremely frustrating situation. I would not come back if I had another option. If you have a choice, look elsewhere.
