Not customer friendly. Have some banks that are only E centers and only have ATM's and you cant talk with a real person. Some of the employees dont know what a certified bank check is. Mislead me and hand to transfer my monies to another bank to get a certified bank check only to find out they have cashier checks but they have to be gotten thru Harrisburg and than you have to pay all the fees associated with over night delivery etc. There e centers are not helpful because there really is no teller to talk with. Beware it will cause you a lot of unecessary due pain trying to figure it all out. Poor customer service! I had to talk with three people before I got the needed information. If you need your monies certified the ecenters are certainly not able to accomadate time of the essence requests.
There is no better deal. You may use either computer or phone for transactions. There are two 800 numbers, one of which may be used to speak to an associate.I have ALWAYS had excellent assistance and never found a need to physically visit a branch or main office. I have been a member for many years. My only regret is I did not join sooner and the reason I didn't was because of a spouse who had to be convinced. Once we joined, spouse had no problems either. I highly recommend PSECU and both of my offspring took my advise and have been members for years.

I have had this Credit Union for many years. They are supberb, userfriendly and conveinent.

You better think twice about them. They are not customer oriented and they do not help you. Move on to a better institution. They are all words and no help. They like to pump you up and then deflate you quick with no care. Big business and does not care for you.

They are the true leader in online banking. The key is online. If your comfortable with this, it's awesome. They have some of the best features like bill payer, upost (online deposit-very cool!), free FICO scores on a monthly basis. Those are the ones I can think of right now but all of the things I mentioned are free. They even let you setup your checking account to automatically pull money from another account so if you write a check, and have the money in another account (money market, savings, home equity line of credit) it will automatically transfer the money and you won't have to pay a bounced check fee.Oh one more thing that's awesome. Visa Balance Transfer - they will let you transfer your credit card balances to theirs at an intro rate of 3.9 good until the end of 2010 (then it goes to 9.9 but it's not based on prime so it doesn't change) but here's the kicker, NO FEE. That's right. No 3%, no anything this is the best deal around.

They only handle transactions via ATM and get no personal service in the branches anymore. You just get directed to different phone numbers of websites. I closed my accounts and moved on.

Really a great deal - why would anyone go to a bank?
