Founded in 1899, Pennsylvania PTA is one of the largest volunteer child advocacy organizations in the United States. Based in Harrisburg, Pa., the organization includes parents, educators, students and other citizens of the schools and communities. It comprises a network of volunteers at the local, state and national levels working for the betterment of children and youth. Pennsylvania PTA volunteers provide children and youth with various programs and advocates for them in areas of health, safety, welfare and education. The firm has partnership with Pennsylvania Parent Information and Resource Center (PIRC).
