Pennsylvania Automotive Association, located in Harrisburg, Pa., was established in 1919 as the Interstate Auto Dealers Association. It represents more than 1,000 car and truck dealers throughout Pennsylvania. The organization provides a wide range of services to its members, including bonds, credit card, check guarantee service, credit life insurance, collections, fuel discount programs, and extended warranty, property and casualty insurance. PAA also offers other programs, such as long-distance service and communication, on-hole messaging, customer relation management system, workers compensation, and long-term care insurance. Pennsylvania Automotive Association provides a wide range of publications, including newsletters, annual report, dealer purchasing service product catalog, economic impact study, member programs, and educational resource manuals.
