This is to refute the past 6 reviews the company has undergone major changes specifically in the personel dept public relations and new hands on drivers. Now we believe in being an equal opportunity employment. Yes some drivers have had issues in the past but now through an extensive training program and the use of gps with the proper information you will reach your destination in time. Taxi drivers deal with the general public as a whole on a daily basis. You have to keep in mind that not everyone that rides is a well mannered person or sober for that manner. That said we are only human and one rotten apple cannot speak for the customer or the company as a whole please try us again in the future we value all customers and employees alike. call and set up a time call and that guarantees a speedy and on time quick up and have all your info such as pick up and drop off addresses to ensure quality service. Consistently terrible service. I have had to use them on three occasions, each time the manager/dispatcher could not have been more unpleasant and each time they were at least 30 minutes late. How they remain in business is a mystery. If you need to make a flight, train, etc find an alternate, reliable means of getting there, Keystone is not up to the task of picking up customers on time and delivering them where they wish to go.

Hey i got bad experience from your one of guy his name is jack i called today morning for cab. He asked me about what time i want to go? That time i did not hear properly so gave him wrong answer suddenly he was angry. This was really bad. Second thing few days back i took your cab that time driver charged me $20 and today another driver charged me 10$.your drivers charged to customer different amount your service is terrible and doing cheating.

I have not gotten a ride in these cabs nor will i ever. Tonight I was driving down the road (single lane) and this cab came flying up behind me. I was already going 5mph over the limit. This cab kept trying to pass on the right which wasnt even a road! Then he beeped at me and the worst part is when we stopped at a light the driver went into the left turning lane and went in front of me, halfway into the intersection, and beeped several times before going through the light when it turned. Not only was this drivers actions totally illegal but rude! This driver just ensured neither I or my 2 other adult passengers will ever be using their services!

This company has very poor customer service. The drivers are aggressive, the supervisors yell over the phone and hang up on you. They use profanity and yell at customers. I would never refer anyone to use them and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to let their family's use this company. Save yourself and don't use this cab company.

SHADY BUSINESS!! I am very displeased with my services. I feel robbed. My drivers had no idea where they were going, I am from out of town. After an hour of being lost, I finally got a hold of a family member that could give the driver directions. I would not recommend this company to anyone, the service is horrible. My purse was mistakenly left in the cab, after calling 26 times they told me, " My purse was not turned in, they are not responsible, there is nothing I can do to them about it." This is horrible service, they have no respect. Because of this horrible cab company I was unable to take my flight because I had my license in my purse.
