Have dealt with the assistant manager and the individuals that take care of any custom jewelry and all I can say is "Yikes!". The individuals that helped with the custom work in the beginning were not bad, however they were not good at communicating about what was going on with the ring. However, when the lady I was dealing with transferred to another store, I was then shifted to being taken care of by the Assistant manager. Thus begins the problems. She did not listen to what I wanted done and never communicated in a timely manner. On top of all of that, she acted like it was a chore whenever I was inquiring about the ring. If you need to just buy a ring they are a great place (go to the one in Hershey for good customer service), but for any custom work go anywhere else.
